Must say thank you, will certainly stay here again. The hotel is clean and pleasant, offers perfect location right in the heart of the old town. I enjoyed super-friendly and welcoming personnel that ensures guests have a good stay. A double room with a short bed has basic facilities you need. Overall delicious food, plus there is Yellow Bus close by.

Easy walking distance to local attractions.
We faced major challenges , particularly with parking. We arrived to find out about a new parking scheme, which the unhelpful staff at the reception failed to mention. The room was uncomfortably small was good, while the breakfast experience was disappointing and lacked variety.

The stay was absolutely such great. Liked central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. The staff was really kind and courteous, I stayed for 13 nights.

The central location. All the employees where very nice.
The hotel has two buildings very close to eachother. Our room was at the one where it is not the reception desk. The minute we entered the door of "our building" there was a strange smell in the air. In our room it was even worst. The furniture was old and the room too small for the requested extra bed. We were really surprised with the Booking's hotel score of 7,8!

The facility was modern and clean.
Big rennovation is going on in the reception area so it can be quite noisy during the day. But it is understandable because it is off season now. What hotel can make a difference is coffee. It was ever so thin...

Friendly and helpful staff. Spotless room and bathroom. Convenient location.
Cleaning lady using vacuum-cleaner early in the morning close to the bedroom door. Shower needs to be kept in hand; no place where to fix it. Poor breakfast
